I AM: DANIEL G. RODGERS and after decades practicing criminal law in the Township of East Hampton and Suffolk County, New York, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to guide you through what can be a difficult, stressful and often confusing process of being arrested and charged with a crime.
It's about experience. As a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney and Special Prosecutor for over a decade in the East Hampton Town Justice Court, I have the tools, knowledge and background necessary to present you with a high caliber criminal defense. My team and I work in a collaborative process with other East Hampton criminal defense lawyers, all former prosecutors, to insure that you have a deep bench of professionals available 24 hours a day to answer your questions and concerns.
